A prospect is the web term for someone visiting your website.
Once at your site -- your job is to give each prospect a compelling reason to TAKE ACTION . Yeah I know, yawn, yawn, yawn, we've all heard how important TAKING ACTION is blah blah blah...
But wait! If you are serious about making money online -- you need to know this.
There is a technique -- to making money online.
A lot of people (by far the majority) have 'luck' as a core strategy in their business plan.
'…I hope someone will buy…'…maybe I'll be lucky…'
Come on! Who wants to run a business like that?
There is no luck needed to make money online. What there is -- is hard work and a solid understanding of this business. I'm going to assume you are fine with the hard work.
But for the solid understanding -- here goes…
You will make money by building a list interested in a certain subject (or niche as it's called) -- spending sometime nurturing a relationship with this list -- listening to what they need -- before introducing them to products you know they will be interested in.
By far the majority of website owners are too busy -- or too desperate -- to make money immediately -- that they forget this. Or ignore it. The majority of website owners do not comprehend how important the relationship with their visitor/customer is.
Imagine you went into a store and the sales assistant was immediately in your face screaming 'buy, buy, buy!' You'd leave -- without purchasing. And so you should.
It's exactly the same for a web business. This is a store -- only online.
So why should it be any different to an OFFLINE business? It isn't!
I hope suddenly you are beginning to see this. Many do not.
Remember when you first started dating? You need to get to know each other first, learn about each other. You wouldn't propose on your first date (although I proposed on the 5th!)
Building a web business is the same.
Date your visitors! (metaphorically let me add...)!
Make them feel special.
Seduce them.
Dazzle them.
Reply to their emails.
Offer a wonderful free gift as an incentive to get them to join your list -- send an unadvertised bonus after they sign up - communicate with them.
Does it take more work? Yes. Most certainly it does. But not that much more. A few weeks -- a month at the most.
And then when the time comes to introduce a paid product -- your list will already be 'warmed' up to you -- resulting in them being a LOT more responsive.
A Wonderful Free Gift, Just For You!

Are You an Internet Marketing Junkie ?
I really got sucked in to all the hype about Internet Marketing, I don't know about you but once you opt-in to the latest GET RICH QUICK wonder system, the world and his neighbour are emailing you with their GET RICH QUICK wonder systems.
I just wanted to make money on the Internet, starting part time to run along with my job and hopefully to do as a full time business once I got going.
Affiliate Marketing, Article Marketing, Blogging, List Building, Social Marketing on Twitter, Facebook & Youtube, the list of things to learn seemed endless, how was I ever going to get my head around this lot - does this sound familiar?
I can see why the statistics show, 97% of people who go into Internet Marketing fail, it's because of the overwhelming amount of information we get pushed down our throats when attempting to start this business.
When I first started in Internet Marketing, I really did not have a clue how to start, I only knew that I wanted to make money online, their were so many ways of doing this that I just got totally confused with it all, I was walking around with a permanent headache. It started to become a chore but I knew that, as with any business their had to be a better way of doing something than the 99% of people selling their latest wonder systems were telling me.
It was simple - find out who had the best reputations to teach this Internet business and stick with him (or her) and him/her only, but only if their products were teachable to a learner like me, it should have video step by step tutorials, and show me everything I needed to know.
I scoured the Internet, I looked up all the reviews & reports.
Now, thankfully I'm on my way to a better life and you can be too, but don't do what everyone else tells you, don't think it's all about selling loads of products to loads of people because it isn't - in this modern age, with the benefits of social marketing, you need to nurture people, not treat them like cyber cash machines.
You need to form ongoing relationships, give those people as much free & useful information as you can, build up that relationship before trying to sell to them.
And now, I will do the same for you - FREE 26 Video's Worth $197 - How To Succeed In Internet Marketing

Set Goals You Want Badly Enough
The first thing that will contribute to reaching your goal is that you simply want to reach it badly enough.
You must learn how to desire with sufficient intensity to be successful.
If you have the desire you have the power to attain success. You can really have anything you want in life if you go after it. But you have to want it.
As a drowning soul desires air, as a shipwrecked person craves fresh water, so must you feel that intense, eager, insistent, demanding, ravenous desire for your success.
Your desire for success must be so strong within you that it becomes the very breath of your life. It must be your first thought when you wake up, and your last thought when you go to bed at night.
You can have anything you want if you go after it with intensity.

How To Run Your Own Bed & Breakfast
How to Run a Bed & Breakfast
Just trying to get a room makes you realize that bed and breakfasts are popular all over the USA & UK and you could even discover one in Trinidad and Tobago. Why are they so popular? A private guest room, fluffy towels, personal service, private bathroom, and a restful environment are some of the premiere reasons people pick a bed and breakfast instead of a motel.
Have you seriously thought about opening your own bed and breakfast? It's not as basic as decorating a few guest rooms, cooking a few meals and opening your doors to guests. There are several necessities to meet before moving forward with your own bed and breakfast plans.
One very valuable way to begin is to spend some time in a successful bed and breakfast. Spend a couple of months with a skilled innkeeper and you will experience first hand every thing that is involved with starting your own B&B.
Once you consider those factors, you will need to consider whether or not you have the character it takes to run a bed and breakfast. You'll be interacting with all sorts of people from all walks of life every day. Also note that you'll be getting up early, completing paperwork, marketing your business, dealing with contractors and vendors, answering the phone and interacting with your guests.
Pick out a spot for your bed and breakfast. Not only that, but you should decide whether you'll live on site or not. Talk to the city about zoning regulations that regulate businesses at your chosen site. Determine that you'll be permitted to serve the dishes you want to have available to your guests. Determine how many guests you can accommodate in your B&B.
A business plan is essential to your success. Marketing and advertising decisions need to be implemented prior to opening. Make sure your prices are competitive with others in the area.
Your guests are obviously the number one priority when you are running your B&B. Treat each visitor as someone special and appreciated. Providing the best service and being picky with details are necessary to a prosperous B&B. The rooms need to have the white glove inspection and be comfortable and attractive. Provide a full mean deal for breakfast, complete with hot and cold items, and (of course) be delicious. Guests who feel as though their needs have been selflessly met will recommend your B&B to their family and friends and they will also try to come back again. Come up with a special event or service the guests will remember and want to share with others.
A bed and breakfast is a unique business that will bring people from every continent to your doorstep. Count the cost to your personal life, marriage and finances, and then press onward if you decide that it is the right decision for you. Above all, enjoy the journey!
